MANIFESTING DREAM BOY - A POEM
a boy like an anarchist but really, really not.
with a passion for veganism and foie gras
champagne and whiskey
bathtubs filled with sparkles and slippery heat
booming, booming, bass
eyes that match mine
soul that matches mine
someone i’ve met before
and he, me
in a different lifetime
where we shared
everything.
i want to meet a boy who’s seen my words painted across his dreams
someone who understands what’s in my head before i have to say it.
red wine kisses
cinnamon
dripping sticky liquid
from his iridescent lips
that communicate crystal clear messages of hope
and then we
touch
and galaxies
merge
you’re a poem
that doesn’t rhyme
surfy surfy wave hair
you are freedom
in the loosest and the
most incomparable sense
grounded.
sharing the depth,
knowing what he,
it,
all means
(nothing)
